Options for Women provides women facing an unplanned pregnancy with free and confidential services. Each of our more than 30 centers provides free pregnancy tests and education about abortion, abortion alternatives, relationships, and sexual health. Clients will find the answers they need regarding an unplanned pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and contraception through our compassionate staff and volunteers.
Many of our centers are medical facilities staffed by medical professionals who provide free limited ultrasounds. We promote positive solutions for women making difficult choices. Most centers have walk-in appointments available. With more than 30 locations in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, Options for Women is ready to help you choose a healthy and empowering option just right for you! We also offer continued support, should you be receptive to it.
